FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1.   What's included?    All equipment, planning and preparation involved with your event comes standard at no extra cost!  You get non-stop music with no breaks for 5 hours with our basic package, or UNLIMITED with all other packages, plus FREE travel and a credit toward your choice of optional lighting or a photo booth!

2.   What about the ceremony?    There's no added charge for your ceremony when it takes place on the same property, in the same room or tent, and using the same equipment installed for your reception. Otherwise, a flat rate of $299 covers our cost for additional staff, planning, transportation and/or equipment rentals needed the day-of.

3.   Who actually handles my event?    We are a company of six, with between 2 and 4 attending each event. Joe himself always performs whenever contracted for LIVE music. Carlo manages planning and our in-house production staff, who attend to lighting and photo booth installation, as well as managing music, requests, and any announcements.

4.   How do payment plans work?    Your initial deposit installment of $444 reserves our company and its resources exclusively for the date you request. Payments are due in installments every 60-90 days, depending on the package you select. Sales tax is added to your final payment, which is due no later than 30 days prior to your event.

5.   Do you offer discounts?    Booking one of our three packages is required to reserve a Friday, Saturday or Sunday date during our peak season (April 1 through Nov. 15).  At all other times, we book small, casual, or brief events at UP TO 40% OFF, depending on your needs and our availability.

6.   Are there any restrictions?    Each event includes one setup and one tear-down of equipment per location (room, hall, or tent.)  Systems cannot be moved or reinstalled during your event. Additional fees and terms apply to outdoor or extremely remote locations. Performers are not bound by contract after 11PM. All services are subject to availability and discretion.

7.   How far will you travel?    While we cater primarily to Central New York, we'll go anywhere! Whenever we travel further than 2 hours from Syracuse, we require lodging at, or near to, your venue, which is billed at actual cost or $250 (whichever is greater). Destination weddings and out of state events considered on a case by case basis.

8.   What can I expect from you?   We return calls and emails usually within 1 business day. We show up a minimum of 90 minutes in advance of each event and see it through, adapting to challenges and any necessary changes. We dress and conduct ourselves appropriate to your occasion and never drink, smoke, text, or dine in view of your guests.

9.   What about emergencies?   Rest assured, we've taken all possible precautions! Our assistants, who are professional sound & lighting technicians, will reach out to you before your event should anything tragic befall us. Each has copies of your day plan and recorded versions of any songs you requested Joe to perform, which he prepares in advance for this very reason.

10.   Do your bring backup equipment?   We've invested over $20,000 in redundant sound and lighting systems that allow us to continue performing even in the event of a technical failure. Plus, our backup gear is battery-powered and runs in tandem, so there's virtually no downtime! In fact, if there  was an outage, you probably won't even notice!
